Anti-Spam Policy

With mailboost you use a "permission-based" e-mailing service.
The users of mailboost can use their account to send e-mail newsletters to people who gave their permission to do so.

You can use mailboost for:

• E-mail addresses you obtained through a newsletter or inscription form on your website.
• Members of your association.
• Clients or people who gave their e-mail address in order to receive information on you or your company.
  

You cannot use mailboost for:

• Lists with e-mail addresses who were bought or hired.
• Lists with e-mail addresses gathered through the internet and for which you did not receive any permission to use them.

Accounts who break these e-marketing rules will immediately be closed.
Mailboost must be used as a practical tool and not to soil people’s mailboxes.
If anybody should break this rule, it must be reported promptly through info@mailboost.be or +32477 53 53 23.
